Program
Tao Home Buyers (Tao Builders LLC) sends text messages about the property you asked us about: confirming your number, scheduling a call or walk-through, and following up on your offer and closing.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on our offer form, which says: "I agree that Tao Home Buyers (Tao Builders LLC) may call and text me about my property at the number above, including with automated technology. Consent isn't required to receive an offer. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." The box is never checked for you. Consent is not required to get an offer. You will also receive a one-time code to confirm your number when you submit the form.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You can also tell us in any other way, by phone or email, and we will honor it. Reply HELP for help, or email matan@taohomebuyers.com.
Hours
Automated texts are only sent between 8am and 8pm Eastern time.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
