We are a principal buyer, not your agent

Tao Home Buyers is a trade name of Tao Builders LLC. When we make an offer, we are buying property for our own account. We do not represent you, and we owe you no duties as an agent would.

Real estate license

Matan, the owner of Tao Builders LLC, is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with Jay Alan Real Estate. He is acting as a buyer for his own company, not as a real estate licensee representing you or Jay Alan Real Estate.

Our offer may be below market value

A cash offer is usually less than a house could sell for after repairs on the open market. Please compare your options, including listing with an agent. You may wish to talk with an attorney, a real estate agent of your choosing, or a tax professional before you sign.

We do not assign your contract

We buy in our own name and do not sell or assign your purchase agreement to another buyer without your written consent.

Foreclosure

We are not attorneys and cannot stop or delay a foreclosure. Other options, like reinstating the loan, a loan modification or bankruptcy, may be better for you. Probate and inherited property

An estate's property can only be sold once the court gives the personal representative authority to sell, or all heirs who own it sign. Timing depends on the court.

Timing

"As few as 10 days" assumes a clear title. Liens, payoffs, title issues and court approvals can add time.
