This policy explains what Tao Builders LLC, doing business as Tao Home Buyers ("we"), collects through this website, phone and text messages, and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information to talk with you about your house, and we never sell it or share it with other investors or lead buyers.

What we collect

• What you tell us in the offer form: the property address, your situation, timeline, the house's condition and other details you choose to share.
• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• A record of your consent to calls and texts: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page, your IP address and browser.
• Records of calls and text messages with us.
• How you found us: ad campaign tags and click IDs in the link you used, the first page you visited, and the site that sent you.
• Basic device and usage data collected by cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To contact you about your property, make an offer and, if you accept, buy the house.
• To confirm your phone number and keep out spam and fake requests.
• To keep records the law requires, including proof of consent and opt-out requests.
• To measure which ads and pages work, so we can spend less on advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other investors, wholesalers or lead buyers. We share only what is needed with:

• Companies that run this website and our communications for us, such as website hosting, our database, text message and email delivery, address lookup and spam protection. They may only use it to provide those services to us.
• Advertising and analytics providers, such as Google, Meta and Microsoft, through cookies and conversion tags that tell us an ad led to a request. We never send them your situation.
• The title company, attorneys and lenders involved if you go under contract with us.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our SMS terms.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text, or tell us in any other way, and we will stop automated calls and texts.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. We will keep records we are legally required to keep, such as consent and opt-out records.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and contact records while we may still do business with you. Consent and opt-out records are kept for at least five years.

Security

We use encrypted connections, limit who can see your information, and use reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
