Meet Matan, the buyer behind Tao Home Buyers
Tao Home Buyers is the trade name of Tao Builders LLC, a Florida company owned by Matan. We buy houses for cash in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties, and we are the end buyer: we buy in our own name and close at a licensed title company.
In Matan's words
I've been buying houses around Tampa Bay for 4 years and have bought more than 50 of them. I started Tao Home Buyers so sellers can deal directly with the person who is actually buying.
When I agree to buy your house, I close, even if the numbers turn against me after we sign. My word is the whole business.
How we do business
- Our word is the deal. The price we agree on is the price we close at.
- We tell you the truth about your options, including when listing or keeping the house would be better for you.
- We are the buyer. We don't sell your contract to anyone else.
- Your information stays with us. We never sell or share it with other investors or lead buyers.

Matan is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with Jay Alan Real Estate. When Tao Home Buyers buys your house, we are buying for our own company as a principal. We are not acting as your agent and we don't represent you in the sale. You're welcome to have your own agent or attorney review anything. See our disclosures.
